Purchasing


How can I buy your taps/showers?

Simply browse/search our site until you find the products you like and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase simply visit the checkout to buy online with your credit/debit card. Alternatively you can call us with your order and one of our customer service representatives will take your payment over the telephone. You can also pay buy cheque or postal order. Please contact us for more information.

Credit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and JCB. Online payments are processed securely through our partner 'Worldpay'.

Telephone - You can also pay over the phone with one of our helpful customer service representatives. Add the items to your shopping cart first and then proceed to the checkout. After entering your name, billing and delivery details select the option to pay over the telephone and you will be provided with instructions. Our customer service team is available Mon-Fri 9-5pm GMT.

Cheque / Postal Order - If you would rather pay buy cheque or postal order please email us or call us to arrange first. Make sure your cheque or postal order is made out to the name of 'Style International Ltd'. Send your cheque/postal order along with your name and order number to the address on our contact page. Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT - The prices you see on the web site are the prices you pay. We print our VAT number on all invoices and provide a VAT breakdown at the checkout for use by VAT registered businesses.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer Free Delivery for all orders in the UK over £100. For orders below that value standard delivery costs £5.99

How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your products takes approximately 7 days from receipt of your order.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do. Costs for international deliveries are calculated at the cart or checkout.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes. For an additional fee of £25 we can arrange for your products to be delivered on a Saturday using TNT interlink express. You can select this option at the checkout page.

Returns


What Guarantee comes with your taps and showers?

The confidence we have in each and every product means that we are delighted to offer a comprehensive 5 year guarantee* on all products. This includes 2 years parts and labour, followed by 3 years parts only warranty. Should any part prove faulty. Simply return it to the returns address supplied inside the original packaging, along with proof of purchase and replacement parts will be provided.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

Yes absolutely! You can return any of our products as long as we receive them within 7 days of signing for them. Products must be supplied in original packaging. Please be aware that there is a pickup/returns cost of £23.50.

How can I return damaged items?

All damages must be reported upon delivery of goods. If in the event goods cannot be inspected on delivery, goods must be signed for as 'UNCHECKED'. Please contact us immediately to report any damages. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. You are entitled to either an exchange or full refund but if you have not signed for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' no refund will be given.

Installation


Which connection sizes/fittings do I need?

In the UK, the accepted standard thread size for a bathroom basin or kitchen sink tap tail is 1/2" BSP (British Standard Pipe) or 20mm. The accepted size for a bath tap is 3/4" BSP (26mm). These sizes are standard, no matter what make of tap you purchase in the UK. All monobloc (single hole) taps, on the other hand, are connected to the hot and cold water supplies via two long tails, which can vary in design from model to model.

Tap threads. Are they standard?

Yes. All bathroom basin and kitchen sink taps (except monobloc) have standard 1/2" BSP (20mm) threaded tails. Bath taps use the standard 3/4" BSP (26mm) thread. The threaded tails are 50mm in length.

Will I need any extra parts for installation?

All the parts that an experienced plumber would expect to find come included with the taps. Before installing your taps a plumber will need to provide connections to your hot and cold water supplies if you don't already have them and to your waste pipe if a Pop-up waste is included).

Can i fit the taps myself?

Yes if you are handy and have a basic understanding of plumbing. However we do recommend hiring a professional if you're unsure about your abilities or the job looks complex. We dont want you to flood your house!

Do your taps come with fitting instructions?

Yes printed installation instructions are provided with all products for your convenience.

Will you store my credit card information after I purchase your products?

No! - Trademark taps does not store any of your credit card information after you purchase products form us. In fact, we never see your details at all as all online payments are processed by Worldpay, the UK's leading billing company.

Does my personal information get passed onto any other entity?

Absolutely no! - We will never share your personal information with any other organisation outside of Trademark taps & Style International Ltd.

Do you have an environmental policy?

Yes we do. Trademark taps and our suppliers actively seek to reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency and use renewable and recyclable materials whenever possible.
